PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing capable of preventing a roller from being continuously abutted on the same position of a bearing ring and a bearing ring when the bearing rings rotate synchronously and reducing manufacturing cost and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing 100 is provided with the bearing ring a11 and the bearing ring b12, a central bearing ring 40 arranged between them, a plurality of bearing ring a side rollers 21 arranged between the bearing ring a11 and the central bearing ring 40 and a bearing ring a side cage 31, and a plurality of bearing ring b side rollers 22 arranged between the bearing ring b12 and the central bearing ring 40. The central bearing ring 40 is formed on a non-flat face, for example, a recessed and projecting face corrugated by unequal pitch and a recessed and projecting face corrugated in a non-radial manner by equal pitch, a contact zone of the bearing ring a side roller 21 with the central bearing ring 40 is different at every bearing ring a side roller, and a contact zone of the bearing ring b side roller 22 with the central bearing ring 40 is different at every bearing ring b side roller 22.
