Driving seat for fork lift truck is mounted on tilting access hatch with joystick controls swung aside to prevent collision with roll over frame

An improved driving seat mounting for a fork lift truck has the seat fitted on a tilting access hatch with the joystick controls (8) on the end of an adjustable armrest (5) which is swung or slid aside to prevent collision with the roll over frame (2). The armrest either slides away from he frame, or has a tilt mounting about a vertical axis (V) on the side of the seat mounting. The joystick settings are restored when the armrest is swung/slid back into place.
