A well washer is provided to generate high pressure water by pressing water sucked into a high pressure injection pipe using the compressed air injected from an air nozzle and to strongly inject the high pressure water onto an inner wall of a well, thereby improving washing performance. A well washer includes a washing case(10), a high pressure water injection pipe(20), a suction chamber(30), and a high pressure water guide pipe(40). The washing case has a top to which an air nozzle(11) is inserted, and a lower portion where a lower plate(13) is arranged. The lower plate has a center on which a channel(12) for high pressure water is formed. The high pressure water injection pipe is arranged to cover an outer surface of the air nozzle, and has an open bottom. The suction chamber is arranged in the washing case, and has a bottom surface with a plurality of water passage holes(31). The high pressure water guide pipe is communicated to the high pressure water injection pipe after passing through a top plate(33) of the suction chamber and the lower plate of the washing casing so as to supply water sucked from a well to the high pressure water injection pipe.
