PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatsink of high precision whose heat dissipation efficiency is high at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an integral heatsink with copper is characterized by installing a process wherein cooper or copper alloy is made to pass an extrusion dice by conform extrusion in which a heatsink hole is formed with its end beveled and heatsink base material having fins whose aspect ratio is 3-20 is formed, a process wherein cold working is applied to the textile material and forming is so performed that dimensional accuracy of thickness is made at most±0.1 mm, and a process wherein straightening is performed after the cold working and curvature is made at most 0.1 mm per 100 mm.
