摘要 An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a drive circuit thereof and an electronic device are provided to lower the frequency for inversion-driving the data lines by half. Plural scan lines(112) and storage lines(113) for forming storage capacitance electrodes are extended toward the X direction. Data lines are extended toward the Y direction. A pixel(120) is formed at the point crossing the scan and data lines. The scan lines form a scan line group(115a) from adjacent two scan lines. In a pixel, a gate of N-channel type TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected with the scan line and a source thereof is connected with the data line. The drain thereof is connected with the storage electrode. A pixel electrode(118) is located opposite to an opposite electrode(108) and a liquid crystal is maintained between two electrodes. When the level of the scan signal is high, the TFT is turned on and charges are applied to the liquid crystal capacitor and storage capacitor according to the potential of the data line.
