PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and mounting method of a heating system for a vehicle for easily mounting the heating system for a vehicle to an interior material of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A conductive member 6 is attached to a base material 3 of a door trim 2 in advance so that the conductive member 6 passes through the surface and the back surface of the base material 3, and then a heater 5 is bonded and fixed in a recess part 31 formed on the inside of a vehicle cabin. Therefore, the conductive member 6 is connected to a resistor 51, and terminals 52c, 53c connected with a power source are abutted on and electrically connected with a heater contact part 61 of the conductive member 6.
