<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need of printing all medical examination contents of a medical examination day and following days, which correspond to a correction of past medical examination contents preserved in an electronic medical chart system, again by suppressing changes in contents and layout of a print result of following medical examination contents when correcting the past medical examination contents and to cope with the correction by only correcting original parts being the object of the correction, in a medical institution managing originals of medical examination records by papers. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart system includes steps of; correcting recorded contents; managing correction parts and data relating to correction contents independently of each other with respect to the correction; displaying correction contents on a display device of the system correspondingly to each correction part; and identically keeping contents and layout of parts other than the correction parts while indicating the correction parts in a print result of present recorded contents when correcting the recorded contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
