<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow area exothermic source/a face heat-retaining exothermic body securing a wide heat-retaining face excellent in energy saving ability, a low cost short time heat generating exothermic body, and an exothermic body excellent in hermetic holding property of an exothermic composition prior to using by using a little exothermic source by enhancing the heat-retaining property of the exothermic composition and by smoothly promoting the oxidation reaction of the exothermic composition with oxygen (air). <P>SOLUTION: In the exothermic body in which three or more of partitioned exothermic portions receiving the exothermic composition generating heat contacting with air are arranged via partitioning portions, an air ventilation adjusting material is arranged so as to cover the partitioned exothermic portions, the width of the partitioned exothermic portions is 0.1 mm or more and less than 25 mm, the width of the partitioning portions is 0.1 to 70 mm, and the air ventilation adjusting material is not secured to the partitioned exothermic portions and the partitioning portions via adhering layer and is secured to the outer peripheral portion of the exothermic body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
