PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and a control program that can speedily perform a processing whose execution is considered to be most important irrelevantly to a processing load. SOLUTION: When the load on an executing means of executing programs exceeds a predetermined level, a second program whose processing load is less than that of a first program is executed to perform the most important processing whose execution is considered to be most important.
