METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING REGENERATED AGGREGATE FOR CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing regenerated aggregate for concrete which can manufacture coarse aggregate without requiring heat treatment and water immersion treatment.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing regenerated aggregate for concrete by regenerating the coarse aggregate from concrete lump, includes a primary crushing treatment of step S1 for crushing concrete lumps; a primary screening treatment of step S2 for screening a crushed matter crushed by this crushing treatment to obtain a raw material for coarse aggregate by using two-stage screens; a dry ice treatment for jetting a granular dry ice toward the raw material for coarse aggregate obtained by the primary screening treatment by using a dry ice jetting device and a vibrating conveyer; and a secondary screening treatment of step S7 for screening the treated matter produced by this dry ice treatment to obtain the coarse aggregate.
