PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding for mitigating/reducing lumbago, comfortably assisting the posture of lying face down for a long period of time and assisting reading/TV watching or the like while lying face down. SOLUTION: A chest lower part is provided with an inclined portion 1 so as to attain the posture of warping the back, a hole is opened at a pillow part so as to withstand use for a long period of time, and a shape for making it possible to turn a face right below is attained.
