PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for protecting devices and electric circuits that are easily influenced by signals from influence of signals generated with other devices and electric circuits. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate including an active layer 3 formed on the surface thereof via a dielectric material isolating layer; regions 4, 5, and 6 formed on the active layer 3 allowing formation of multiple devices or electric circuits surrounded with a first dielectric material isolating region 9; and a signal shielding region 7 formed on the active layer 3 to include at least a ground electrode 8, under the condition that it is surrounding the region 4 where at least a device or an electric circuit is formed and it is surrounded with a second dielectric material isolating region 9. The region 4 is formed as a signal generating source (the other device and electric circuit), or the region 5 or 6 is formed as a device or an electric circuit that is easily influenced by signals.
