A plasma display device is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the plasma display device by generating a ramp-down pulse and a ramp-up pulse using a single voltage source. A plasma display device includes a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) and a driver. The driver generates a ramp-up voltage, a ramp-down voltage, and a negative scan voltage through a signal voltage source. The ramp-up voltage and the ramp-down voltage are supplied to a scan electrode during a reset period. During an address period after the reset period, the negative scan voltage is supplied to the scan electrode. The negative scan pulse is decreased from a ground voltage. The driver includes a ground voltage supply controller(410), a negative scan voltage supply controller(440), a ramp-down voltage supply controller(430), a blocking unit(420), a ramp-up voltage supply controller(470), a scan drive IC(450), and a path selector(460).
