Seal of rotary shaft has chamber of body filled with closure liquid under pressure where installed on shaft with sealing gaps and fixed with respect to rim turning outer and inner floating rings are placed, those are made assembled of several segments provided with end sealing belts. Segments of each ring are installed inside split bandage and connected to it by means of circular bush-slot. At that at the ends of segments opposite to place of placement of sealing lugs and going out of the boundaries of the bandage radial slots are provided, those alternate in rim direction. Formed with radial slots bosses of segments of the outer and the inner floating rings are placed one in front of another.
