PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of reliably preventing any leakage of an air-conditioning refrigerant into a cabin at low cost when a load is applied to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A projection 47 is provided on a side face of an air-conditioning pipe 41 arranged in an engine room outside a cabin. A part of the side face of the air-conditioning pipe 41 is broken by peeling the projection 47 from a root part when the load is input in the vehicle body, and the air-conditioning refrigerant is emitted into the engine room from a discharge hole 51 formed by the breakage.
