PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile a high reliability of a measuring result and the reduction of running cost due to reduction in the consumption amount of a sample or a reagent, by providing the confirmation and measuring of the operation of a pressure sensor to an autoanalyzer, not only to obtain stable and accurate pressure data, but also to rationalize the success/failure determining threshold of dispensation. SOLUTION: In the autoanalyzer having a probe for sucking or discharging a reagent or sample solution, a dispenser syringe for producing suction or discharge pressure in the probe, the dispenser flow channel for allowing the dispenser syringe to communicate with the probe and the pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the dispenser flow channel, a valve including a solenoid value for opening and closing the dispenser flow channel are provided to the dispenser flow channel, between the pressure sensor and the probe.
