PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive conductive coating excellent in corrosion resistance and conductivity.

SOLUTION: The anticorrosive conductive coating has Ti, a first element (for instance, Fe) different from Ti and with the oxidation number capable of becoming +α (for instance, 3), and a second element (for instance, P, N) structured of an element with the oxidation number capable of becoming -α, as indispensable constituent elements. The anticorrosive conductive coating is less expensive than a conventional coating as well as shows profoundly excellent corrosion resistance or conductivity.
