A both-sided mat apparatus is provided to be used regardless of seasons by comprising a heating function and a ventilation function on both sides thereof and to be used freshly in summer by eliminating mosquitos. The both sided mat apparatus includes a mat portion and a control module. The mat portion includes a bamboo sheet portion(110), a ventilation plate(120), plural fans, an insulating sheet portion(130), a heat sheet portion(140), a heat device, a loess sheet portion(150), a jam member(160) and a waterproof sheet portion(170). Plural fans supply air to the ventilation path. The waterproof sheet portion(170) encloses the outer side of the jam member(160). Plural fan receiving portions are installed along one edge of the ventilation plate(120).
