PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane foam having a good foamed state by preventing a state that foamable beads once foamed at the time of molding of the polyurethane foam are subsequently collapsed and shrunk. SOLUTION: In the molding method of the polyurethane foam for filling a mold with a polyurethane raw material to foam the polyurethane raw material, the mold 10 is filled with a mixed raw material P, which is prepared by adding non-foamed foamable beads and a particulate material of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to the polyurethane raw material. The additional amount of the non-foamed foamable beads is preferably 10-200 pts.wt. and the additional amount of the particulate material of the thermoplastic synthetic resin is preferably 5-100 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyol in polyurethane raw material.
