PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator duct mounting part structure capable of pre-fitting a side ventilator duct without dividing a grille mounting part. SOLUTION: In the ventilator duct mounting part structure, a side ventilator duct 6 extending substantially in the vehicle width direction is mounted on a side part of an air-conditioning unit 3 via a mounting part 31. The mounting part 31 comprises a unit side mounting part 32 protruded from the side part of the air-conditioning unit 3, and a duct side mounting part 33 which is formed on a corresponding end of the side ventilator duct 6 and housed on the unit side mounting part 32. A vehicle body side member 11 is arranged substantially along the air-conditioning unit 3 and the side ventilator duct 6. A temporary inclination maintaining mechanism 34 capable of temporarily maintaining the side ventilator duct 6 in an inclined condition in the direction not to be interfered with the vehicle body side member 11 is provided between the unit side mounting part 32 and the duct side mounting part 33.
