PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof supporting structure of a vehicle capable of transmitting and dispersing a load applied on a supporting means to support a roof in a stored state to each part of a car body. SOLUTION: This roof supporting structure of the vehicle has the roof 2 free to store, a crossbar member 21 extending roughly in the car width direction and to connect left and right car body side wall parts 14 to each other, a roll bar member 31 projected and provided roughly in a reverse U letter shape on the crossbar member 21 and the supporting means 60 to support the roof in the stored state, a car width direction outer part 32 of the roll bar member 21 is furnished with an extended part 33 extending downward below the crossbar member 21 and fixed on a car body floor part 13, and mounting brackets 70, 80 connected to the extended part 33 in the neighborhood of inside fixing parts 38a, 39a on which a car width direction inner part 37 of the roll bar member 31 is fixed are fixed on the crossbar member 21.
