PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head capable of preventing electrolysis of liquid resulting from the adhesion of conductive foreign matters, and a liquid jetting device. SOLUTION: In the recording head having a sealing plate 35 bonded to a head case in which a diaphragm part 47 is arranged at the bottom surface side opening in the accommodation chamber of a head case and a case flow passage and an ink flow passage are communicated in liquid tightness via an ink introduction hole 50, the sealing plate is constituted of a composite plate member prepared by bonding a conductive support substrate 45 bonded to the head case and an insulating elastic film 46 bonded to a flow passage forming member. In the substrate, a separating portion 56 is provided which electrically insulates an exposed portion from the introduction hole forming portion, between the exposing portion including a diaphragm portion exposed to the bottom surface side opening of the accommodation chamber in the state of bonding to the head case and an introduction hole forming portion 51 having the ink introduction hole formed.
