PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the curl of paper and to achieve miniaturization and high-speed fixing without causing the upsizing and the cost increase in a fixing device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic device has the fixing device equipped with: a heating roller having a heating element on the inside of a core bar and driven to rotate; an endless pressure belt abutting on the heating roller and holding the paper between the heating roller and the pressure belt; a pressure member provided on the inner periphery side of the pressure belt and pressing the pressure belt to the heating roller side; and a peeling guide arranged on the outer circumference of the heating roller and peeling and guiding the paper from the heating roller. In the electrophotographic device, the fixing device satisfiesβ/θ= within 0 to 1 when the angle of a contact part, where the pressure member abuts on the heating roller through the pressure belt, having the center of rotation of the heating roller as an apex is defined asθ, and an angle formed by a line linking a point where the paper is peeled from the heating roller and the terminal part of the peeling guide with the tangent of the heating roller at the peeling point is defined asβ.
