An engine (14), a heat exchanger (16), etc. are mounted on a rotating frame (4), and these elements are received in a housing cover (21) including a front partition cover (24). Also, a screw seat member (20) is provided on the rotating frame (4), and the front partition plate (24) is fixed to the screw seat member (20). At the front partition plate (24) is provided a stopper (28), and the stopper (28) keeps a lower end (24F) of the front partition plate (24) raised. The stopper (28) is placed on an upper end section (20C) of the screw seat member (20). By this, the lower end section (24F) of the front partition plate (24) can be kept raised from an upper surface (11A) of a left side frame (11). In this raised state, a bolt insertion hole (26) of the front partition plate (24) and a nut (20B) of the screw seat member (20) are aligned and a bolt (27) is installed.
