PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo compressor capable of connecting channels between both centrifugal impellers without enlarging an apparatus and without increasing the number of part items, and further uniformly mixing injection gas with a main stream, in the turbo compressor with two centrifugal impellers fixed on the same rotary shaft with their mutual back surface sides are opposed to each other. SOLUTION: The first centrifugal impeller 23 and the second centrifugal impeller 26 are arranged in the direction that the mutual back surface sides are opposed to each other. The connecting channels 22 (outside scroll chamber 32, outlet side channel 33 and introducing channel 41) which introduce compressed fluid from a first compressing stage to a second compressing stage are formed in a first housing 24 and a second housing 27. The outside scroll chamber 32 and outlet side channel 33 are integrally formed in the first housing 24. The introducing channel 41 is integrally formed in the second housing 27.
