<p>The binder has a cover and a rear side connected with the cover by a fold. An interlocking device is provided to interlockingly fix a guide string that is engaged in a retainer (9), where the device is manually detachable. A passage duct (10) penetrating the retainer has inlets (12, 12a) and an outlet (13). A broadening or cross-section extension of the guide string is guided in the passage duct. The retainer has an interlocking recess (14) for partially engaging the broadening or cross-section extension of the string in an interlocking position.</p>
