Provided is a permanent waterproofing agent for spherical concrete which improves the strength of applied concrete, gives an excellent waterproofness to cement and is applied to submarine structure, seashore barrier, etc. The permanent waterproofing agent comprises an aminosilicone resin as a main component, and an emulsion breaking agent which is mixed at the post-treating process. The aminosilicone resin is converted from an insoluble state into a soluble state to be mixed, and is converted into an insoluble state by a post-treating agent when applied to the waterproofing construction. Preferably the post-treating agent is a salt capable of breaking the emulsion state of aminosilicone easily. |
