A centrifugal mill contains two disks with rifles cut on them and radial grooves coaxially located in the housing with possibility of rotation in opposite directions one relative to another. The lugs made on internal surfaces of the disks and cavities have the form of trapezoids in the section. Radial grooves are placed in two rows on internal relative to center and external circles with overlapping in the middle area relative to the radius of the area of disks for 1/3 of its value.
