METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF AN EXTRACT FROM THE ROOTS OF WHITE GENTIAN WITH HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTION

摘要

A method for preparation of an extract from the roots of white gentian (Laserpitium latifolium L.) with hepatoprotective activity includes the use of the roots of plants and organic extragent. The shredded raw material of white gentian is triply extracted by 40-70 % ethanol in the ratio of raw material: extragent as 1:10. The prepared extracts are combined, filtrated, ethanol is distilled under vacuum in a rotary evaporator and then it is dried in the apparatus up to residual moisture of no more than 5 %.
