An emulsifier includes a housing with placed in it on horizontal rotor shaft, which has blades and grooves, and also a cover, in which fingers are fixed in concentric circles. In the central area of rotor disk an impeller is mounted, and separate blades of rotor symmetrically located in the circle are equipped with additional blades as extensions of corresponding blades.
