PURPOSE: An angle-variable grinding jig is provided to reduce manufacturing costs because multiple grinding jigs having specific angles are not required. CONSTITUTION: An angle-variable grinding jig(200) comprises a jig body(50), a ferrule holder(20), a ferrule fixing plate(22), ferrule holder guides(30), and an angle jig(1). The ferrule holder is installed in the side of the jig body. A ferrule is inserted into a fixing groove of the ferrule holder. The ferrule fixing plate is connected to the ferrule holder and fixes the ferrule. The ferrule holder guides are installed in both sides of the ferrule holder. The angle jig is attached on the bottom or top surface of the ferrule holder and controls a grinding angle.
