An IC card having a function for generating a time synchronized OTP is provided to enable a user to use two functions with one card without carrying an OTP generation terminal, and display banking details or a remainder of a transportation card through a display part by embedding the OPT generating module in a contactless IC card used as a cash card or the transportation card. The OTP generating module(7) comprises a time counter(9), and an OTP generator(8) generating the time synchronized OTP based on a serial number, a password, and time information by control of an IC chip(4). The display part(5) displays the time synchronized OTP or balance information of the IC chip at a front side of the IC card. An OTP key(3) for generating the OTP and a chip key(2) for displaying the balance of the IC chip are formed to the front side of the IC card. The IC chip enables the balance information to be output through the display part if the chip key is inputted. |
