A sorption-filtering element has two layers of filtering fibrous material and located between them layer of absorber. They are placed in housing with perforated bottom and lid. The absorber is made as the sorption monoblock of activated carbon and binding material in such ratio of components, wt. %: activated carbon - 95-99; binding material - 1-5. The soluble in water and organic solvents high-molecular substance is preferably used as the binding material, for example polyacrylimide, polyoxyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, starch, and the active coal can be treated, in particular, by catalytic compounds.
