<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly parking system for making it unnecessary to provide the sensor of each parking space or a facility accessory to this, and for achieving the saving effects of personnel costs of guide members or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The guidance of a parking space and the guidance of the flow of a vehicle is enabled by interacting boundary conditions such as the initial conditions of the number of vehicles, accommodation capability, the sensor information of parking lot entrance/exit and parking space numbers with artificial intelligence software. Also, the simulation result of the flow of vehicles for every day of week or time of day makes it possible to automatically adjust the ticket issue interval of an entry card.
