<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of paying fees for recycling bicycles. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: a database for storing, in association with each other, identification information of every automobile equipped with products to be recycled for which the recycling fees is required, and information indicating the expiration date of automobile inspection; another database for storing information indicating additional recycling fees if products to be recycled are newly added; an additional payment confirmation request receiving part for receiving a request to confirm the amount paid for an additional recycling fee for which an automobile's identification information is designated from a user terminal; a period calculating part for calculating the period until the expiration date of automobile inspection; a discount calculating part for calculating a discount on the basis of the period until the calculated expiration date of automobile inspection; a payment calculating part for calculating the amount obtained by subtracting the discount from the additional recycling fee as an amount to be paid; and a payment sending part for sending the calculated amount to be paid to the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
