PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cabin structure capable of performing access to a third row seat without operating a seat while narrowing width of a doorway for a rear seat occupant. SOLUTION: A clearance L1 between a driver's seat 15 and a front passenger seat 16 is set to passage width that the occupant can walk/move to a rear part of the vehicle body through the passage between them. A clearance L2 between a first row seat 11 and a second row seat 12 is set to passage width that the occupant can pass. A clearance L3 between a right side seat 17 and a left side seat 18 constituting the second row seat 12 is set to passage width that the occupant can walk/move to a rear part of the vehicle body. The third row seat 13 is constituted by the rearmost part seat 19 for one person arranged at a center in a vehicle width direction. The doorway 32 for the rear seat occupant is set to a degree that a width dimension X is smaller than a conventional one and the opening width X substantially corresponds to the clearance L2 between the first row seat 11 and the second row seat 12.
