PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the battery housing structure for a hearing aid facilitating the housing of a button type battery in the hearing aid. SOLUTION: In the battery housing structure for the hearing aid in which a button type battery 17 is housed in a case in the state that a battery holder 1 capable of opening and closing is closed, in the opened state of the battery holder 1, the button type battery 17 is placed without fitting to the battery holder 1, and in the closed state of the battery holder 1, the button type battery 17 is supported at two point of the supporting points 12, 13 formed in the battery holder 1, and supported at one point of a supporting point 5 installed in the case.
