SOLUTION: In processing for temperature measuring position determination, at first, a 3D model for analysis of a machine tool body is created (S21), and when a temperature measurement block is set, a plurality of candidate points are set in every block (S22). The blocks are, for example, a front top face side, a front base side, a rear top face side, a rear base side of a base of the machine tool body, a table, a spindle head, and a column, that is, seven in total. Subsequently, in the analysis processing (CAE), a temperature changeΔt of each candidate point of each time series in giving a predetermined temperature change to the machine tool body, and temperature data of a displacementδin the machining point are calculated (S33).
