<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a built-in capacitor which makes easy electrification supply for a high-speed IC and noise reduction. <P>SOLUTION: Since a solid electrolytic condenser composed of a solid electrolyte layer 2 formed on a valve metal sheet object 1 and an electric collector layer 3 is incorporated in composite resin layers 7a, 7b and 7c, and the external lead-out is carried out with an inner via electrode 5 and through hole electrodes 6a and 6b, wiring connection with an IC9 and the miniaturization of a mounting volume can be attained so as to obtain a substrate with a built-in capacitor which has a small size and a line element structure of low impedance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
