<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which is superior in directivity of light, and from which emitted light of a prescribed color temperature can be obtained at an initial stage of lens wearing and during using life. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device has a substrate 3 where a recess 2 is made. An LED chip 4 of a light emitting element is mounted in the recess 2, and it is sealed with a phosphor content resin layer 10. A lens 11 of PC or acrylic resin is arranged on the recess 2 of the light emitter. A type and a content of a phosphor in the phosphor content resin layer 10 are adjusted. Thus, chromaticity of white light emitted from the light emitter is adjusted to a color temperature shifted to a high temperature side from the prescribed color temperature by a constant value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
