PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for accurately grasping an actually discharged amount at every discharge nozzle, an analyzer and a discharge chip. SOLUTION: The dispenser has a discharge nozzle 142 for holding a predetermined amount of a liquid and determining the discharge amount of the liquid discharged outside, the discharge port 143 connected to the discharge nozzle 142 to work as a flow channel at the time of discharge of the liquid outside, a pressure mechanism 12 for applying the pressure for discharging the liquid outside from the discharge port 143 to the liquid and an IC tag 15 for holding the data related to the discharge amount of the liquid discharged outside.
