PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high quality of images taken by a single plate imaging device under low lighting environment. SOLUTION: On the basis of mosaic video data of each signal acquired by the single plate imaging device including the element arrangement that is formed of a particular wavelength region signal acquiring element to acquire a visible light signal such as the RGB signals or the like and a wide wavelength region signal acquisition element to acquire a light signal including invisible light element, a luminance signal including infrared element, and color difference signal or RGB color signals are generated. Owing to the structure explained above, a high quality image having higher resolution for the images taken under the low lighting environment with less amount of visible light element and images ensuring higher color reproducibility can be generated with color compensation based on the channel A images having RGB and infrared element.
