PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for the oral cavity effectively and remarkably suppressing inflammations by periodontal disease pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, highly safe for human bodies and effective for prophylaxis and treatment of periodontal diseases. SOLUTION: The composition for the oral cavity comprises (A) protamine or a derivative thereof and (B) tranexamic acid and/orε-aminocaproic acid in 0.05-20 formulation ratio of the ingredients (A)/(B) expressed in terms of mass ratio.
