PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet ejection head where preventing such a problem as to generate separation due to the obtained insufficient connection strength for a flexible substrate when especially connecting a drive circuit part and a drive element with the flexible substrate, and a droplet ejection apparatus equipped with this droplet ejection head. SOLUTION: The droplet ejection head is equipped with a drive circuit part 200 installed on the upper step side of a stepped part 250, and a drive element 300 installed on the lower step side of the stepped part 250 and driven by the drive circuit part 200. The droplet ejection head is equipped with the flexible substrate 500 having a conduction part 510 for electrically connecting the drive circuit part 200 with the drive element 300. The flexible substrate 500 is connected with a terminal 81 conductive to the drive element 300 on the lower step side of the stepped part 250.
