A wind power generation apparatus with a vertical axis is provided to prevent offset of rotational forces caused by winds blowing in different directions. A wind power generation apparatus with a vertical axis includes a plurality of individual energy transmission parts(100a,100b) assembled to each other. A flat bearing is mounted on a protrusion formed on the outer periphery of a single directional rotary pipe. A single connection wing member is seated on the flat bearing. A contact frame of the single connection wing member is mounted to be contacted with an upper surface and an outer periphery of the flat bearing so as to complete a single individual energy transmission part. Four cup-shaped wings are fixed to the outer periphery of the single connection wing member. |
