A door garnish is provided to improve user's convenience by allowing a user to easily exchange door garnishes having various colors. A door garnish comprises a plurality of upper and lower clip holes, upper and lower mold members(210,220), and a garnish plate(300). The upper and lower clip holes are formed in a door panel(100). A plurality of clips are provided at a rear surface of the upper mold member(210) and a rail groove is formed at a bottom surface of the upper mold member(210). A plurality of clips are formed at a rear surface of the lower mold member(220) such that the clips are coupled with the lower clip holes. The garnish plate(300) has an upper flange(310) inserted into the rail groove. A rail groove(320) is formed at a lower end of the garnish plate(320).
