A mobile communication terminal having a rotary-type and slide-type display module is provided to solve the problem about not satisfying various user's demands by operating a display module only in one operation mode. A body(110) has a key pad at a lower portion of a front side. The body(110) has mounting grooves extending at left and right side portions in up and down directions. A display module(120) is disposed at an upper portion of a front side of the body(110). A display panel is mounted on at least one surface of the display module(120). The display module(120) has shaft holes at left and right side portions. A pair of rotation and slide modules(130) are disposed at right and left sides of the body(110) and the display module(120) such that the display module(120) is rotatably and slidably coupled with the body. The rotation and slide modules(130) include a movement member(131), a guide member(141), and a coupling member(151). The movement member(131) has a hinge extending from the rotation and slide module along one predetermined side. The guide member(141) is fixed into the mounting groove of the body(110). The guide member(141) slidably moves the slide part of the movement member(131) inserted into the guide member(141). The coupling member(151) is inserted into a through hole formed in the hinge of the movement member(131), supported, and coupled with a shaft hole of the display module(120).
