An indicator structure of a dashboard of a vehicle is provided to insert an indicator extension part into a receiving part of a cover, dispose the indicator extension part to an end portion of the cover, and provide a diffusion plate, thereby diffusing light emitted from an LED to the receiving part of the cover. An indicator, which includes an LED to emit light onto an upper PCB of a step motor, an indicator plate coupling an indicator to an indicator shaft, and a reflection plate to emit the light from the LED in a front direction of the indicator. The indictor includes an indicator extension part(11') and a diffusion plate(13). The indicator extension part(11') is formed at a rear side of an indicator(11) by extending the indicator(11) in a longitudinal direction. The diffusion plate(13) is interposed between a lower portion of the indicator extension part(11') and an indicator plate to be used to emit light upwardly. The indicator extension part(11') is inserted and fixed into and to an upper portion of a cover(15).
