The drive bevel gear is mounted on one end of the drive spindle. The driven bevel gear is engaged with the drive bevel gear to change the rotational force of the drive spindle vertically. The driven spindle is mounted on the driven bevel gear. Tools are fixed to one end of the driven spindle. A tapered portion(55) is formed on the outer surface of the driven spindle. A plurality of recesses(57) are formed from the outer surface of the tapered portion to the inner surface thereof.
