The invention relates to the manufacture of articles from activated building mixes on base of mineral binders. The device for preparing activated building mixes on base of mineral binders includes a cylindrical body with loading upper and unloading lower branch pipes, a vertical drive shaft, to which there are fixed a distributing plate with guide inclined margins and cross-forming horizontal arms, with pins fixed thereon in a helical line. On the inner surface of the vertical wall and bottom of the body there are aslant opposedly installed nozzles for feeding the colliding jets of water or aqueous solution of the plasticizing air-entraining admixture and air. The cylindrical body of the device may be multichamber with transient holes made into the diaphragms between them. Into each of them in the way of the removable mix flow there are installed cavitational-stimulative devices, restricting the flow section, which creates conditions for additional cavitation and, thereby, for mix activation. The lower branch pipe of the device is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, coaxial with another hollow cylinder. Into the space between them there are fed the aggregates, including the fiber ones, and at the outlet from the branch pipe there takes place mixing thereof with the aqueous mixture of activated mineral binder.
